Quanta Jones led Franklin in scoring with 22 points on one trey, six deuces and 7 of 9 free throws.
Rounding out the scoring for the Lady Hornets were: Chardonaye Parker, 4; Fabian Small, 3; Wyneshia Jenkins, 3; Sayde Payne, 2 and Faith Lyons, 2.
Franklin will host the Jeanerette Lady Tigers on Friday in non-district action.
