St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Patrick Parker, 48, of 501 Augustine Maze St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:57 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft. The warrant stems from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor. Parker allegedly authorized multiple checks from a union account totaling over $4,000 without the approval of the union board. He was released on a $10,000 bond.

Heather Everage Banda, 35, of 106 Southeast Blvd., Apt. 9, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 7 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by foul language. Also arrested was Jessica Eugenia Everage, 31, of 619 Seventy-Nine Pines, Bayou Vista, on the same charge. Banda was released on a summons and Everage on $250 bond.

Lindsay Stanton, 26, of 1910 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 10:21 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,000.

Joey Jack, 38, of 1158 La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. Also arrested was Courtney Grimm, 22, of 121 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, at 12:08 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. Jack was held on $1,000 bond and Grimm on $500 bond.

Patricia L. Savoie, no age given, of 115 Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 4:09 a.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging her with unauthorized use of an access card and identity theft. No bond was set.

Randy Rene Prado, 39, of 7035 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested today at 5:11 a.m. on a charge of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Christian M. Marcell, 33, of 1214 Delmar St., Bayou Vista, Thursday at 3:29 p.m. on a Patterson warrant charging him with simple battery, criminal trespassing and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.

Glenn Norris Matthews Jr., 30, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 6:23 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine, resisting an officer by flight, two counts of failure to use a turn signal and stop sign violation. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jazzle Anquanic Rack, 24, of Seventh Street, Franklin, Thursday at 11:56 a.m. on warrants charging her with simple assault and simple battery. She was released on $750 bond.
