St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported one arrest this morning.

Mark Goff, 51, of 209 Amite Drive, Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday at 9:42 p.m. on a charge of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.

Phil Kenneth Lodrigue Jr., 33, of 125 Two Sisters Court, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 10:59 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court on the charge of second offense possession of marijuana and the charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $200,000 bond.

A 16-year-old female was arrested Thursday at 1:53 p.m. on a charge of ungovernable juvenile and curfew violation. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Michael Wayne Ganaway, 25, of 917 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 11:50 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jermaine Small, 32, of West Third Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 11:22 a.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was released to the sheriff’s department.

Aubrey Otis, 51, of Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:35 p.m. on a charge of third offense shoplifting. He was held on $1,000 bond.

Damien Aurelius Hale, 23, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:05 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
