Christopher Thomas Singleton, 27, of 150 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 9 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension, improper display of license plate, failure to secure registration, no insurance, disturbing the peace by foul language and resisting an officer. He was released on $2,250 bond.
Tina Louise Dugar, 34, of 304 Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 10:09 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on traffic violations and a Morgan City warrant charging her with traffic violations. She was held on $978 bond.
Andrew Hebert, 20, of Church Point, was arrested Thursday at 12:53 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.
Adam Wade Roy, 26, of 106 Missy Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 2:44 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. He was held on $1,500 bond.
Jeffery Smith Jr., 22, of 158 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 6:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with seatbelt violation and driving under suspension. He was held on $750 bond.
Jose Antonio Beltran, 31, of 3004 Allison St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:38 p.m. on charges of second-offense DWI, improper lane use and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Engwan Nicole Joseph, 33, of Scottie Street, Franklin on a charge of remaining where forbidden. She was released on $500 bond.
Jalisa Williams, 22, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:35 p.m. on a charge of theft by shoplifting. Williams was released on $1,000 bond.
An 11-year-old male was arrested Thursday on a charge of shoplifting.
Another 11-year-old male was arrested Thursday on charges of being an ungovernable juvenile and resisting an officer with force.
Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
