Bayou Beaux Arts registration begins

Registration for dance portion of The Bayou Beaux Arts and Dance Program will begin Jan. 28, in the Office of Community Development on the second floor of City Hall in Franklin.

There will be a waiting list. A class will be considered closed when the open list and the waiting list are filled. Those on the waiting list will be contacted if there is a change in a class’s enrollment.

Jazz, tap and Broadway dance classes for beginner, beginner/intermediate, intermediate and advanced students ages six to 18 will be held at the Broussard-Harris Recreation Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Additionally, there will be a class Tuesday nights for adults who are at least 18 years old and out of high school which will take place at the Broussard-Harris Recreation Center. LaDaisha Bowles is the dance instructor for the dance portion of the program.
