Pamela Davis, 39, of 229 Picket Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:27 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks and theft. No bond was set.

Marlin D. Webster, 47, of 409 Hamilton St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.
