James Anthony Skinner, 59, of 742 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:46 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.
Kenneth Wayne Rollins, 23, of 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 6 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
A male juvenile, age 13, was arrested Monday at 8:46 p.m. on charges of two counts of criminal trespassing and flight from an officer. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Phillip J. Comeaux, 41, of Main Street, Franklin, Monday at 11:11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
A 15-year-old male was arrested Monday on a charge of driving without a license and curfew violation.
Two other juveniles, 14 and 15 years old, also were charged Monday with curfew violations.
All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
