LOREAUVILLE _ Amber Joe turned in a double-double performance, scoring 24 points while yanking down 22 rebounding to power the West St. Mary Lady Wolfpack to a 61-24 District 6-2A triumph over the Loreauville Lady Tigers here Friday at the LHS Gymnasium.

Joe scored her game-high 24 points on 11 field goals and 2 of 5 free throws. Joe also grabbed a game-high 22 rebounds while pilfering four passes and dishing out one assist.

Alexis Cross fired in 12 points on six deuces while also collecting six boards and three steals.

Gentrell Wells polished off the Lady Wolfpack double digit scorers with 11 points on four field goals and 3 of 4 free throws along with six rebounds, four steals and three assists.

Rounding out the scoring for the Lady Wolfpack were: Jakyrin Connor, 4 points; 3 rebounds; 3 steals, 2 assists; Rhaya Marks, 4 points, 2 rebounds, assist; Chi’Kira Tillman, 2 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, 6 assists; Tajah Lofton, 2 points; 4 rebounds, 2 steals and LeTayvia Brown, 1 point.

West St. Mary (12-7, 5-1) will travel to face the Jeanerette Lady Tigers on Tuesday in league play.
