Joshua Malloy, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene after Franklin police responded to a 2:40 p.m. report of a shooting on Northwest Boulevard, according to reports from Chief Sabria McGuire.
The investigation is pending, awaiting information from the St. Mary Parish Coroner’s Office.
