St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Lance Charles Billodeau, 20, of 608 Kelli Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 7:43 a.m. on charges of second offense DWI, obstruction of a roadway, reckless driving, criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.

Jacob Nathaniel Kelnert, 19, of 526 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 8:32 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.

Rachel Bell, 34, of 114 Railroad Avenue, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 11:06 a.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Ami Elizabeth Ortega, 38, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 9:05 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of open alcohol container. She was released on $2,250 bond.

Jim Stroman, 58, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 11:45 p.m. on a charge of possession of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.

Kyle Gabriel Roy, 19, of 215 Roys Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:26 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace and criminal trespassing. He was released on $750 bond.

Grant Walker, 17, of 250 Murial St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 4:03 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.

Joshua Charles Clements, 21, of 20040 Rayne Court, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 4:03 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of attempted theft. He was released to Morgan City police.

Matthew Jude Alcina, 25, of 537 Truiel St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:11 p.m. on a charge of abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Joshua Davis, 26, of 730 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of unlawful use of a driver’s license. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Errol Zirlott, 49, of 19520 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 1:29 a.m. on a charge of leash law violation. He was released on a summons.

Sheila Ruffin, 56, of Gibson, was arrested Sunday at 12:12 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay probation fee and fines. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jeanelle Gabrielle, 37, of Cole Drive, Franklin, Friday at 9:31 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.

Daniquia Nicole Polidore, 20, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:28 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was held on $250 bond.

Damien D. Perro, 28, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:28 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was held on $250 bond.

Walter Tremaine Webb, 24, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:34 p.m. on charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Leonard Allen, 46, of Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 3:03 p.m. on a charge of simple criminal damage to property. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Sterling Jerome Jones, 23, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:37 p.m. on a charge of simple assault. He was held on $250 bond.

Two 14-year-old females were arrested Friday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A 13-year-old female was arrested Saturday on a charge of ungovernable.

All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Raymond Johnson III, 43, of Jeanerette, who was arrested Friday at 11:20 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a summons.

Nata Sedatol, 18, of Charenton, was arrested Sunday at 7 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
