Ramirez 50th anniversary celebrated

Mr. and Mrs. George Ramirez of Morgan City celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 2 with a renewal of vows at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City. The Rev. Greg Fratt officiated. A family reception followed at their home. Hosting the celebration was their son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Laura Ramirez. The anniversary couple also has two grandchildren. The couple was married Feb. 2, 1963, at St. John Catholic Church in Plaquemine. Submitted Photo
