St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Beau Jaymes Bourque, 21, of 110 Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 12:33 p.m. on charges of aggravated flight from an officer and reckless operation of a vehicle. No bond was set.

Kenneth L. Mcdonald, 26, of Berwick, and Michael Moore, 24, of Berwick, were arrested Tuesday at 4:09 a.m. on charges of illegal possession of stolen thing, public intimidation and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bonds were set.

Dillon Boudreaux, 21, of Chauvin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Emilie Businelle, 19, of 600 Superior Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was held on $750 bond.

James M. Cato, 29, of Schriever, was arrested Tuesday at 8:57 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, simple battery and resisting with force. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jesse Hart, 20, of Sixth Street, Franklin, Monday at 9:56 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft over $500. No bond was set.

A male juvenile, age 15, was arrested Monday on charges of criminal trespassing, simple burglary, theft under $500 and runaway. He was held awaiting a hearing.

Johnathan D. Robinson, 32, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:31 p.m. on charges of unauthorized use of a movable, resisting by flight and off-road vehicle on the roadway as well as a failure to appear warrant on charges of simple criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace. No bond was set.

Terrence Terrell Anderson, 37, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was released on $500 bond.

Korey Butler, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. on a Jeanerette warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges and was transferred to Jeanerette police.

Wardell Dion Delasbour, 31, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:06 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by obscene language. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Tris Evans Madison, 20, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:33 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden, resisting with force and two counts battery on an officer. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Jeremy Madison, 21, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:33 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer with force and two counts of battery on a police officer. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Jarmontay A. Roberson, 18, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:44 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and simple battery. He was released on $3,000 bond.

J’Von Michael Nerve, 22, of Josephine Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:01 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by obscene language. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Travis Lightfoot, 26, of Ida Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:25 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and inciting a riot. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Tommy Dion Carson, 41, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:48 p.m. on charges of speeding, resisting an officer by flight, five counts of resisting with force and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

A male, age 14, was charged Tuesday at with disturbing the peace and released to guardians pending juvenile court proceedings.
