St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

James J. Bourgeois, 56, of Covington, was arrested today at 12:30 a.m. on a charge of second offense DWI. No bond was set.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Maverick Marsh, 52, of 138 Village Lane, Amelia, Thursday at 5:11 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and a drug free zone. No bond was set.

Ted Everidge, 53, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, was arrested Thursday at 5:52 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension and possession of cocaine. No bond was set.

Jovian Clark, 31, of 186 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 6:55 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by flight and criminal trespassing. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Tommy Lee Enfinger, 27, of Charenton, Thursday at 1:45 p.m. on a charge of felony theft over $500. No bond was set.

Brian Mire, 23, of Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 2 p.m. on warrants charging him with domestic battery and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
