Carmelita Danyell Ferguson, 39, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Calvin John Gradley, 50, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of theft of goods and three counts of remaining where forbidden. He was also charged with theft of goods, failure to notify change of address as sex offender and remaining where forbidden. He was held on $6,000 bond.
Lawrence Francis Pellerin, 28, of Verdunville Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 1:46 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released on $3,500 bond.
George Terry Flourney, 49, of Tyler Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was held on $344 bond.
Two male juveniles, ages 12 and 13, were arrested Tuesday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. They were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Garcia Arturo III, 31, of 10677 U.S. 90, Amelia, Tuesday at 12:02 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of theft, second offense DWI and no driver’s license as well as a Morgan City failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Joshua Williams, 30, of 158 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. on an issuing worthless checks warrant and released on a summons.
Jacoby Jermaine Hamilton, 30, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 4:49 a.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation, open container and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
The sheriff’s office narcotics division reported the arrest of Tommy Earl Lishman, 43, of Thibodaux, Tuesday at 2:27 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.
