CROWLEY - Mr. and Mrs. William Brodie Mouton of Crowley and Mr. and Mrs. Charles K. Ancelet, also of Crowley, announce the engagement and pending marriage of their children, Abigail Lynne Mouton and Charles David Ancelet.

The bride-to-be’s maternal grandparents are Douglas and Earline Spell of Crowley. Her paternal grandparents are Maurice and Victoria Goff of Peru, Ind., and the late Morris Mouton Jr. She is the great-granddaughter of Louise Bailey of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.

Abigail graduated from Northside Christian School in 2012 before enrolling at Louisiana State University-Eunice. She is currently employed at Park Street Fast Lube in Crowley.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Barbara Bailey Lengefeld of Crowley, the late Arthur David Lengefeld, the late Herbert Lengefeld and the late Larfay and Marilia Ancelet.

Charles is a 2011 graduate of Northside Christian School and is presently employed at Control Concepts in Maurice.

Abigail and Charles will exchange vows during a 5 p.m. ceremony at Forest Park Church of Christ in Crowley on June 1. Minister Jason Corder will officiate.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Crowley.
