State Sen. Bret Allain, Dist. 21, was joined by friends, family, local and state officials and Chamber of Commerce members Wednesday for a ribbon cutting at his new Franklin office located at 600 Main St. Allain’s assistant, Laura Meadows, will be available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and available anytime by phone at 828-9107 for all constituent services.
