St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:

Tourine Olvares Flores, 45, of 106 Beadle St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 8:23 a.m. on a leash law violation charge. He was released on a summons.

Johnathan C. Francis, 50, of 320 Wren St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:56 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing. He was released on $500 bond.

Michael Allen Everitt Jr., 36, of 539 Clark Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 4:39 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Hien Ngyen, 47, of 1724 Dale St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday on charges of second degree battery, battery on a police officer and resisting an officer. No bond was set.

Eric Geibel, 42, of 105 Trevino St., No. 9, Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 1:06 a.m. on warrants charging him with no tail lights, driving under suspension and expired inspection sticker. He was released on $6,000 bond.

Connie W. Franks, 50, of 518 Prairie Road North, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 2:20 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by alarming the public. She was reportedly knocking on doors seeking assistance for an unspecified reason. When one resident allowed her to enter, she reportedly locked the door behind her but eventually left. Bond was set at $250.

Earl Jones, 56, of 117 Mitchell St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:56 p.m. on charges of two counts simple battery on a juvenile.

Also arrested was Chaunta Wiggins, 45, of Sterling Road, Franklin, Saturday at 6:56 p.m. on a charge of simple battery on a juvenile.

Jones was released on $1,000 bond, Wiggins on $500 bond.

Joaquisha Mingo, 27, of 1046 Ciro St., Siracusa, was arrested Saturday at 9:03 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was held on $1,000 bond.

Gene Butts, 25, of 11319 Old Jeanerette Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 9:43 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by using profanity, remaining where forbidden and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of loud music. He was transferred to another jurisdiction.

Aaren Brown, 31, of Riverside, Calif., was arrested Saturday at 9:51 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was released on $500 bond.

Traciel Guidry, 31, of 214 Mars Road, No. 8, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 12:04 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by foul language. Guidry was released on $250 bond.

Leon Guidry, 27, of 214 Mars Road, Apt. 8, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 12:04 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by foul language. He was released on $250 bond.

Nelson Howard Francis, 36, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 12:53 a.m. on fugitive warrants from Lafayette charging him with failure to appear and St. Martin Parish charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Diego Martinez, 30, of 112 Martin Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 3:40 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on $250 bond.

A juvenile female, age 16, was arrested Sunday at 11:50 a.m. on charge of being a runaway. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Lane Howard Sr., 38, of 322 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:42 p.m. on charges of two counts of resisting an officer by flight, battery on a police officer, resisting an officer and warrants charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Jelena Freeman Roberts, 44, of 341 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, was arrested Sunday at 4:06 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.

Dale Pearce, 52, of 1492 Evergreen St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Lester Ruiz Oseguera, 26, of 711 Terrebonne St., No. 22, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 10:48 p.m. on charges of driving without a legal presence in the country, resisting an officer with force and possession of a Schedule II narcotic. No bond was set.

Sheriff’s office narcotics officers reported the arrest of Erick Songe, 18, of 1009 Third St., Morgan City, Friday at 5:14 p.m. on charges of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, abuse of toxic vapors and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.

Keldon Jones, 19, of 519 Leo St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Derrick K. Kelly, 18, of Sanders Street, Franklin, Friday at 8:48 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and remaining where forbidden. He was released on $750 bond.

Delisa A. Parker, 46, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released on $515 bond.

Leonce Montrell Perro, 22, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:57 a.m. on warrants charging him with simple battery, failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and loud music. He was held on $1,040 bond.

Jeremy Madison, 21, of La. 318, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:18 a.m. on a Houma warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of no seat belt. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Kasian Ariana Malveaux, 26, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of speeding and failure to honor a written promise. She was released on $334 bond.

Joe Louis Gonzalez, 33, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Sunday at 10:30 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Marshall Dwayne Bell Jr., 34, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:17 p.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.

Juveniles arrested Friday were a female, age 16, on a charge of remaining where forbidden; two 15-year-old males were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting; and two males, ages 14 and 15, were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and simple battery. All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrests of Jabari Granger, 19, and Keith Granger, 22, both of New Iberia, Sunday at 1:42 a.m. Jabari Granger was charged with criminal damage to property, unlawful playing of gaming devices, unlawful purchase of alcohol and criminal trespassing. Keith Granger was charged with criminal trespassing. Both were released on summonses.

Roy Williams, 22, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 1:42 a.m. on a Jeanerette warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was turned over to Jeanerette police.
