Kenneth Lee Smith Jr., 25, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:18 a.m. on warrants charging him with theft, simple criminal damage to property and simple assault. He was released on $2,250 bond.
April Lawonda Charles, 30, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:18 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
Christopher Andre Marshall Jr., 20, of Josephine Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:12 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Robert Willis, 29, of Pineville, Wednesday at 2:07 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of simple rape and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. No bond was set.
Kristen Leah Wiggins, 32, of 514 David Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:48 pm. on charges of hit and run driving and careless operation. He was released on a summons.
Nicholas Walter Grimmett, 32, of 134 South Verret St., Amelia, was arrested today at 1:04 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Sheriff’s office narcotics division agents reported the arrest of Dale Paul Olivier, 20, of Bourg, Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. on charges of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, abuse of toxic vapors, violation of a drug free zone and failure to signal. No bond was set.
