—Gary Scully, 52, of Gainesville, Texas, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. Sunday for DWI fourth offense and no driver’s license. Scully is being held at the parish jail with no bail set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
—Ulysses Knight III, 38, of M Street in Patterson, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. Monday on a warrant from St. Martin Parish for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. While responding to a complaint on Southeast Boulevard, a deputy made contact with Knight and learned of the warrant for his arrest. Knight was taken to the parish jail and held. Knight was later transferred to another jurisdiction.
—Shilah Mire, 31, of Wilson Lane in Patterson, was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Monday for theft of goods second offense. While patrolling the Bayou Vista area, a deputy responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at Walmart in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival the deputy learned from store security that Mire was observed taking items from the shelves and placing them in her purse, the report stated. Mire was taken to the parish jail and held. She was released on a $1,000 bail.
—Leroy Ogwin III, of Park Street in Patterson, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Ogwin turned himself in at the sheriff’s office in Morgan City after learning of the warrant for his arrest. He was taken to the parish jail and held. Ogwin was released on a $349.50 bail.
Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch reported the following arrest:
—Isaac Martinez, 31, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Monday on a warrant for a probation violation.
Martinez was located at the Law Enforcement Center in Centerville, and taken to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked on an outstanding warrant from the city court on a probation violation for failure to pay a fine. He is still being held with a $481 cash bail.
St. Martin Parish Sheriff Ronny Theriot reported the following arrest:
