FRANKLIN’S 4X200 METER relay unit of Brennen Robinson, Damien Williams, Mark Ruffin and Trey Rouchon won the event with a 1:30.68 reading during the 30th annual Foster/Perry Relays held Friday at the Coach Albert Perry Track and Field at the J. C. Dry Stadium on the campus of the Franklin Senior High School.
