Dorothy H. Stueland, 84, died peacefully in her home with her sister by her side on Wednesday, March 20, at 6:15 p.m.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a niece.
Mrs. Stueland is survived by Sister Alice Drefchinski of Franklin, Sister Rita Drefchinski of Moline, Illinois; two brothers, Joe and Mike Drefchinski, both of Moline, Illinois; five nieces; one nephew; also a dear friend like a daughter, Carolyn Moss of Franklin; and caretaker, Sabrina Perez of Franklin; and many friends near and far.
She was a member of St. Jules Catholic Church.
Mrs. Stueland willed her body to Tulane Medical School.
